Victoria Place Condos
Victoria Place condos are set to break ground in 2021 in the Ward neighborhood planned community by Howard Hughes. The building’s name pays tribute to Victoria Ward, and it will be the ultimate in luxury living that will rival some of the best facilities in the area, like Park Lane and Anaha. It will be the first condo building in the plan that won’t have any available retail space or commercial units. The ground level will instead have open space and extra recreational space. The goal is for the main level to feel like an extension of Victoria Ward Park, including lush greenery and landscaping.
Residences
The projected prices of the suites in Victoria Place condos are ranging from $1.2 to $5.2 million. One-bedroom suites will be starting at $1.2 million, two bedrooms will be starting at $1.7 million, three bedrooms will be starting at $3 million, and combination units will range from $6-11 million. These numbers are estimates, and prices may change at any time by the developer. There will be no reserved units. The building will be made up of 350 units, and maintenance fees will be $1.25 per square foot. Suite sizes will vary. One-bedroom suites will have between 796 and 946 square feet, two bedrooms will have between 1084 and 1287 square feet, and three bedrooms will have between 1758 and 1846 square feet.
The building will feature the same floor plate for all floors between six and forty. Each suite will boast nine-foot ceilings, and the top three floors will have ten-foot ceilings. There will be two different vestibules, a center room with the garbage shoot, a freight elevator, and stairs that will connect both areas. There will be two elevators for the front areas and two elevators for the back six units. The units are quite spacious and well thought out. While there are no lanais, there are front-facing Juliette balcony glass windows that can open up to 12 feet. It gives the lanai atmosphere without the maintenance and cleaning duties. Buyers have the option to create a combination unit from two ocean-facing, three-bedroom units, creating an incredible 3,700 square foot four-bedroom suite. If this is the idea, interested buyers are to let the developer know as soon as possible, to ensure they get side by side units. Those who are keeping tabs on this development are excited about how wonderful it will be once it’s built.
The Neighborhood
The condos in the Ward Village community are extremely walkable, and it’s unlike any other community you can find in Honolulu, which is what makes it so exciting. Not only are you purchasing a brand new, state-of-the-art home, but you’re located close to everything you’ll ever need, and only steps away from the beach. The tree-lined streets, mountain landscapes, and ocean views make this purchase a once in a lifetime opportunity. While the island is huge and worth it to explore, residents have everything they need right within the community.
Amenities
The amenities that will be offered at Victoria Place will be a bit different than the amenities we’re used to seeing at Ward Village. The first-floor area will have an entryway that has a grand porte-cochere area with a central water feature. This area will lead to an extravagant outdoor to indoor lobby boasting coral chiseled textured walls and incredible Hawaiian artwork. Three guest suites will be available for residents to book for out of town guests and family to stay in. The Lauhala Pool House will be a Kahala-style home without the bedrooms. There will be a full kitchen and living room area for entertaining, equipped with moveable walls that allow a seamless transition from outdoors to indoors. Outside of the pool house will be a green space and private pool. There will be several meeting rooms available for booking, a pet walk area, and so much more.
