The original homes of the Lulani Ocean were built on these parcels in the mid-1950s, exploiting the slope's slants to give residents an impeccable look downward on the Pacific. Enjoy snorkeling, playing beach volleyball, having a lunch picnic, and enjoying panoramic views of the Koolau Mountains and nearby islets.
Other points of interest dotted along Kaneohe Bay's main drag are Kualoa Regional Park, a spacious beach park with lovely views of Chinaman's Hat, Kualoa Ranch, He'eia State Park, and He'eia Pier, as mentioned above, boasting a boat launch, delicatessen with locally bought fish made fresh daily right off the boat! It's the perfect midday meal or fresh dinner after building up a big appetite out on the water.
Residents are also in excellent distance from everyday necessities, including grocery stores, alcohol stores, health stores, and other services.
